Cancellation:
Your reservation may be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled date for entry to the Hotel without penalty. After this time, the Hotel will reserve the right to generate the charge corresponding to the total value of the reservation, applicable also for No-Show cases in which it is not presented on the day of the reservation.
Early check-in (Early Check In):
Subject to availability and 50% of the agreed rate + overnight VAT for those customers who wish to be registered between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Late or late check-out (Late Check Out): For those wishing to deliver their room between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., 50% of the agreed rate + TAXES will be charged.
Late or late check-out (Late Check-Out):
For those who wish to deliver their room between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., 50% of the agreed rate + VAT will be charged, subject to availability.
Companions:
Check the preferential rates for accommodation in multiple accommodations in case you need to share your room to enjoy family. Occasional escorts or visitors entering the rooms is restricted. We recommend at the time of generating your room reservation, inform the details of the people who will accompany you in your stay with us.
REGISTRATION OF MINORS OF AGE If
You travel with your child(s) minor(s) of 18 years, you must present the identification document of the minor(s) of age (civil registration), which demonstrates the existence of the kinship. If the (the) minor(s) of age does not travel(n) in the company of his parents, you must deliver at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor (civil registry), the permission of the parents, which must be authenticated by a notary and accompanied by a copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors are not allowed in the hotel. The foregoing in development of the provisions of Law 679 of 2001, Statute for the Prevention of the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents and its corresponding norms.
Restrictions:
Hotel Santa Cecilia B&B is committed to providing its guests with 100% smoke-free spaces, so if you smoke inside the room or in enclosed areas, will generate a penalty and deodorization charge to your account worth $150,000 per day. Therefore, we recommend smoking outside the hotel facilities.
